Job Overview

The Deputy Department Manager for Jewelry & Watches will assist the Department Manager in overseeing the operations of the Jewelry & Watches Department. This role involves supporting the Management team in achieving sales targets, optimizing stock levels, ensuring excellent customer service, and implementing marketing activities. The Deputy Department Manager will also be responsible for supervising and coaching the sales team and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Support:

  • Ensure adherence to established procedures for ordering and transferring stock.
  • Participate in setting up and optimizing stock level usage.
  • Follow up with area managers to ensure optimal stock levels.
