Responsibilities The Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) provides leadership, direction, and oversight of the Agency's human capital programs and policies. OCHCO is responsible for developing and implementing strategic human capital management practices that align with the Agency's mission, goals, and priorities.
