Role and Responsibilities

• Maintenance of Book of Accounts
• Finalization of Accounts up to preparation of Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet
• Interface with Auditors and clarifying audit queries
• Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly cash flow statements
• Payments and Collections
• Budgeting
• Taxation and VAT
• Dealing with Banks and Bank Reconciliation
• Preparation of MIS Reports as per Management and Malca Network requirements

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in Taxation and Tax practices
• Indepth Knowledge of Computerised Accounting System and ability to derive and present data as per Management & Network needs
• Extensive Knowledge of Excel and use of formulae in formatting reports as per requirements
• Strong competence in E‑mail communication
