Team Supervision & Leadership
Directly manage a minimum of six depot employees.Lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training.Assign daily tasks, evaluate performance, deliver feedback, and implement corrective actions.Address employee concerns and escalate issues appropriately.
