JOB DUTIES • Replacing Mac Issues Apple phones and iPads at the various MAC sites in the Twin Cities Metro area • Installing and configuring software, including reinstallation of licensed applications on replacement devices. • Enroll phones in JAMF MDM and assist with issues with syncing • Assist customers with backing up their data to the cloud and syncing back to replacement devices. • Supporting Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations using a combination of SCCM and Autopatch as needed. • Troubleshooting login issues, driver problems, and peripheral malfunctions using tools like Dell Command Update, Windows Update, and manual driver installs. • Assisting customers in navigating the basics of their new devices be it Apple or Windows based on current OS. • Updating asset records in ServiceNow and helping to retire old equipment from our systems. • Following documented processes and offering suggestions when you see room for improvement. • Supporting Operational and Cap...
