Position Overview
Position Summary
The Department Administrator will manage the operations and logistics of the On-Campus Recruitment Program and oversee and execute the employer onboarding process at NYU Wasserman Center for Career Development. In addition, this position is the Handshake employer operations expert and is expected to build expertise on the platform and design best practices for use. As the employer project manager, this position is essential in managing multiple projects and priorities to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for employers such as maintain records of student access; manage employer schedules in the Handshake system; communicate with students and employers leading up to interview day; create resume packet; manage and organize all logistics of interview day (including room set up, food, technology, etc.); maintain records of recruitment visits and appointment schedules, and resolve related problems in addition to leading all introductory communications and effo...
