Duties and Responsibilities - Diagnosing dental conditions and providing appropriate treatments such as fillings, root canals, crowns, bridges and extractions
- Examine teeth, gums and surrounding tissue for signs of oral disease
- Take X‑rays of teeth and study them for decay or other problems
- Educating patients about oral hygiene and preventive care
- Maintaining records of patient treatment plans and progress
- Preparing written treatment plans for patients
- Refilling prescriptions as required
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Dental Science.
