CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Demolition Supervisor for works across major commercial, industrial and civil projects throughout Queensland.

This role will see you working on tier one major rail corridor projects , supervising demolition crews, operators and subcontractors while ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements.

About the role:

• Supervise daily demolition operations and site activities
• Lead crews, plant operators and subcontractors
• Ensure works are completed in line with SWMS, specifications and safety procedures
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inductions
• Monitor progress, productivity and site performance
• Coordinate plant, equipment and materials
• Maintain site documentation, permits, inspections and safety records
