Experience/Skills Required :

* Experienced Demand Planning Manager from a FMCG/Retail/Wholesale
* Strong leadership and motivation of a small planning team
* Highly analytical & strong inventory management knowledge
* Excellent stakeholder manager and collaboration
* Proven success of optimising stock levels & improving forecast accuracy
* Advanced Excel and experience of using ERP systems
* Educated to a Degree Level
