We are currently supporting a leading consumer goods organisation in Helsinki with the search for a Demand Planning Manager to strengthen their Nordic supply chain function.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving forecasting excellence, improving demand visibility, and partnering closely with commercial teams to optimise service and inventory performance.

The Role

As Demand Planning Manager, you will lead the end-to-end demand planning process across the Nordic region, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with business strategy.

You will play a central role in the S&OP process , working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to drive data‑led decision making.
