A recently funded HR Tech startup is looking for a hands‑on Demand Generation Manager to own and scale its conversion and revenue generation engine.
This is a highly autonomous role focused on pipeline growth, conversion optimisation, lifecycle management, and revenue impact—not brand or content marketing.
Responsibilities
- Own HubSpot lifecycle architecture and automation
- Build lead scoring and nurture programs
- Optimise webinar, inbound, and PLG conversion funnels
- Create attribution models and performance dashboards
- Drive conversion improvements across the customer journey
- Partner closely with Sales and Leadership teams
Requirements
- 3–5 years in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing
