Position Overview
Responsibilities - Process Optimization and Standard Implementation - Analyze the operation processes of each delivery segment (Collection, In Transit, Handover, Successful Delivery), formulate standardized operational norms and promote their implementation, optimize route planning and resource scheduling, enhance delivery efficiency and punctuality rate, and reduce operational costs.
- Fleet Management and Resource Coordination - Coordinate Carriers and self‑operated fleet resources, formulate dispatch plans, monitor fleet usage, optimize personnel and vehicle configuration; engage in resource Bidding, introduction, and replacement, ensure fleet reserve during peak seasons, and improve resource utilization rate and cost‑effectiveness.
