Key Responsibilities

1, Regional Project Delivery & Team Management: Take full responsibility for the overall delivery management of all regional projects, covering warehouse automation, robotics, intelligent manufacturing, computer vision and other related fields. Implement dotted-line management for all local project managers to unify delivery standards, standardize project execution processes, and ensure consistent delivery efficiency and quality of regional projects.

2, Project Overall Control & Change Management: Be accountable for the delivery progress, final quality and overall performance of all regional projects. Manage, review and approve project change requests related to project scope adjustment, cost variation and schedule modification, conduct comprehensive risk assessment and control, and ensure all projects are delivered in compliance with contract requirements, budget standards and sc...
