Position Overview
Responsibilities - Team management: task allocation and monitoring of their progress tracking deadlines and task execution quality.
- Managing the team backlog: evaluation planning and task prioritization.
- Creating and improving processes within the team.
- Interacting with other teams and internal stakeholders.
- Participation in team assembly its development and motivation.
- Budget Management.
- Performance tracking.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive team documentation.
Qualifications - Relevant experience of 3 years in a Delivery Manager role or Project Manager role.
- Strong technical background.
- Experience in interacting with stakeholders and managing their expectations.
- Expert in Kanban and Scrum frameworks and application of it in Product Management and Delivery.
- Practical experience with Atlassian products: Jira Confluence.
