Overview: A growing retirement services firm is seeking a skilled and dependable DC Plan Administrator to support the administration and compliance of employer-sponsored retirement plans. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in defined contribution plan administration and a high level of attention to detail.

What You'll Do:

  • Administer day-to-day operations for 401(k), 403(b), and profit-sharing plans
  • Process employee transactions, including contributions, loans, distributions, and rollovers
  • Perform annual compliance testing (e.g., ADP/ACP, top-heavy, 402(g), 415 )
  • Prepare and review IRS Form 5500 filings and related compliance documents
  • Calculate employer matching, profit-sharing, and vesting schedules based on plan provisions
