An established healthcare litigation practice is recruiting a defendant clinical negligence Solicitor / Associate to join its Manchester-based team on a hybrid working basis. The role offers a varied caseload of NHS‑related instructions alongside broader healthcare work, with strong support, quality supervision and clear scope to progress.

The role

• Running claims from initial instruction through to conclusion, including litigated matters and ADR where appropriate
• Assessing liability, causation and quantum, and shaping case strategy from an early stage
• Drafting key documents such as pleadings, witness evidence, instructions to experts and counsel, and formal correspondence
