The Opportunity

As a dedicated Decision Science Analyst Senior, you will support Claims Contact Analytics by providing data-driven decision support across claims operations to improve efficiency, service levels, and member experience. You will apply advanced analytical techniques to omnichannel contact data to identify performance drivers and translate insights into actionable recommendations that influence both operational execution and technology strategy.

We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, or Tampa, FL. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
