**Job Summary and Qualifications**

The **Internal Medicine Pharmacist** provides pharmaceutical care including computer order entry, drug distribution, evaluation of medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dose, frequency and adequacy of monitoring, evaluation of drug interactions and allergies and therapeutic monitoring of drugs to patients across our adult internal medicine floors.
