Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• To assist the product engineer in terms of product family in achieving yield target; scrap cost target, debug accuracy target & lean projects eval.
• Support for PE evaluations, projects and analysis, BOM cost improvements evaluations (over temp), Test time reduction projects, Prime Yield improvement, Spec file verifications / qualifications (include Partest) and Support and confirm OBA failure and analysis.
• ROHS debug and failure analysis.
• Real Time debug – debug findings reports.
• Improvement in debug accuracy through training with PE buddy (Rwk, NTF accuracy; retest reduction opportunities). Scrap Cost Monitoring by Product.
• Ensure compliance to Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines. Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
