Title: Legal Management Services Attorney 
Location: Hybrid schedule available (- days at office in Virginia Beach, VA & must be able to make court appearances in the Virginia Beach Area 

Duration: Full-time 

Compensation:

Base salary range: $K–$K, plus up to $K per month in commissions.

The $K–$K range is reserved for senior attorneys only.

Candidates with + years of creditors’ rights experience may be considered above $K, though we aim to keep the total under $K.

For context, we’re looking for someone who can take on adverse claims or potentially a lead role.
