Position Overview
Responsibilities: - Attend to clients’ enquiries on account-related, trading-related matters via various channels.
- Ensure a smooth end-to-end client experience to drive clients’ retention and satisfaction.
- Facilitate the proper execution of trades for clients in an accurate and timely manner.
- Perform other dealing functions such as assessing risk and preparing trade reports.
- Support multiple key projects such as onboarding of new products, platform development, and other deliverables.
- Participate in shift rotations where required to support global market hours and ensure continuous dealing coverage.
- Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in a dealing, brokerage, or financial markets environment.
