What You'll Do:

As a Dealer Services Analyst (DSA), you'll be at the heart of our credit team, playing a crucial role in helping customers finance their vehicles.

• Make Quick Decisions: Evaluate a high volume of credit applications daily, assessing creditworthiness and making fast decisions on approvals or denials.
• Solve Complex Cases: Tackle challenging credit applications, negotiating terms with dealers and using strong judgment for decisive outcomes.
• Build Relationships: Collaborate closely with Ford/Lincoln dealers over the phone, developing and nurturing business relationships.
• Balance Sales & Risk: Help facilitate vehicle sales for dealers and Ford of Canada by providing financing, all while managing lending risks responsibly.
