Purpose of the Role

To lead and manage all branch sales, aftersales, and operational activities to achieve sustainable growth, profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction, while ensuring compliance with company policies, financial controls, governance standards, and strategic objectives.
The Branch Manager is accountable for the overall performance of the branch and serves as the primary custodian of customer relationships, staff performance, branch profitability, and operational execution, working closely with Head Office support functions.
