Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, administration, or commercial. Preferred MBA or master's degree. 8 years of minimum experience in this position or similar, preferably in the automotive industry. Fluent English. Demonstrable experience in dealer network market analysis. Demonstrable experience in financial statements review (must). Strong financial knowledge of financial statements, financial analysis, and budget control. Knowledge of the automotive industry, dealership operations and structure.

Lead the financial and performance analysis of the Dealer Network, consolidating financial information and transforming it into actionable insights to strengthen dealer profitability. Improve throughput and operational efficiency, and enable strategic decision‐making for the network's development, performance improvement, and, when required, closure or consolidation actions by analyzing and monitoring key KPIs.
