OVERALL PURPOSE

The Legal Counsel – Ethics & Compliance, Data Privacy is a permanent and full‑time manager role to be filled by an experienced data privacy professional. The successful candidate will have a solid data privacy background and be able to demonstrate strong interest and experience in AI, digital and technology. The role is part of Accenture’s Global Data Privacy Team. Accenture prefers to fill the role in India or the Philippines. IAPP professional certification(s) (CIPP/E, CIPM) or equivalents are preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide subject matter expertise and advice to internal corporate and client facing functions globally in respect of data privacy, privacy risk management, privacy reviews, incident handling and individual rights requests.
