An International law firm based in Dubai is looking to recruit a Debt Capital Markets Lawyer with 4‑6 years PQE. The position offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of high‑quality and challenging matters, focusing on various types of DCM transactions.

Responsibilities

You will be dealing with transactions in structuring and issue resolution, working closely with colleagues in the large group and having the desire and ability to work where necessary on a variety of other matters.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be a self‑starter with experience executing DCM transactions gained in private practice and an excellent academic record.
