We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Database Reliability Engineering (DBRE) Team Leader to head Wix’s core DBRE team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the reliability, scalability, and performance of Wix’s large-scale database infrastructure and data platforms, while leading and mentoring a team of DBREs.

You’ll bring together strong technical expertise and people leadership,  defining the vision and standards for database reliability, guiding architectural and system design decisions, and driving operational excellence across our production environments.
