About the job DBA (Oracle, Golden Gate) (Contract) - Ensure the organization's competitive advantage and growth by delivering high-quality Service Operations, maintaining system availability, optimizing support processes, and leading the operations team to uphold service excellence.
- Manage complex incidents, oversee daily service operations, and coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve issues while ensuring SLA compliance.
