**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Operate front-end loaders to move, load, and stockpile materials safely and efficiently
+ Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure reliable operation
+ Load trucks and feed plant equipment in alignment with production needs
+ Maintain clean and organized work areas, including stockpiles and haul roads
+ Follow all safety procedures and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
