**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Operate front-end loader to move, load, and stockpile aggregate materials safely and efficiently
+ Inspect equipment daily and perform basic preventive maintenance and reporting
+ Coordinate with plant and truck drivers to ensure accurate blending, loading, and material flow
+ Maintain clean, organized work areas including haul roads, stockpiles, and loading zones
+ Follow all safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations at all times
