Key Qualifications

• 13+ years overall IT experience, with 5+ years hands on experience in Azure database migrations across SQL Server and open source/enterprise databases.
• Proven experience technically guiding, managing, and governing migration teams in a factory or wave based delivery model. Willing to provide 24×7 support and work in rotational shifts as and when required.

1. Database Landscape Assessment & Solutioning
   • Strong understanding of customer database landscapes across:
     • Microsoft SQL Server (200x–2022)
     • Oracle
     • PostgreSQL
     • MySQL
     • Sybase ASE / Sybase IQ
     • Cosmos DB (NoSQL)
   • Ability to analyze source environments, identify migration blockers, and recommend target Azure services (SQL MI, SQL DB, PostgreSQL Flexible Server, MySQL Flexible Server, Cosmos DB APIs, etc.).
