Job Scope: Administer and maintain databases including
DB2, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Snowflake

Support
OLTP/OLAP
environments and perform routine monitoring and health checks.
Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing, and execution plan analysis.
Manage backup, recovery, high availability (HA), and disaster recovery (DR) processes.
Troubleshoot incidents, resolve database issues, and conduct root cause analysis (RCA).
Support cloud database environments (
AWS RDS, EC2, Snowflake
) and implement security and scalability best practices.
Maintain monitoring and logging tools (
CloudWatch, Grafana, Splunk
) and develop automation scripts where applicable.
Support database releases, schema updates, and deployments.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
