As a Data Engineer at Caruso, you'll sit at the heart of how we move fund managers from legacy systems onto our platform. You'll own complex data migrations end-to-end, working directly with clients and our Implementation, Customer Success, and Services teams to unlock better outcomes at every stage of the data lifecycle. This is a hands‑on role with real client impact, and a rare opportunity to re‑imagine how enterprise data migrations are done in a space that has barely changed in decades.
You’ll report to the Data Engineer Lead, partnering closely on the tooling and workflows that make our migration process faster, more accurate, and more scalable. AI sits at the core of how we work. You'll actively use and help shape AI‑powered approaches that turn historically painful, manual migrations into something dramatically more efficient for both our team and our clients.
