Job Summary

The job holder will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the users analyzing the users behavior growing our user base and improving the users experience and retention.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Content and Tech Teams on optimizing and developing consumer facing products.
• Analyze UX and customer journeys to identify opportunities and improvement.
• Track measure and analyze the platforms subscription & sales funnels.
• Setup monitor and analyze AB tests continuously to improve feature and design
• Build rich & insightful reports that can provide recommendations on features that will improve the overall platforms user experience.
• Be a driving force in product development backing up suggestions with evidence and derive actionable insights
• Facilitate data driven decision making across the company
