Through its main services such as Rakuten Pay (app payment), Rakuten Edy, and Rakuten Point Card, it provides users with a convenient and secure payment experience.

We also function as a CoE (Center of Excellence) organization within the FinTech Group Company, responsible for promoting AI.

We leverage AI technology to create value for FinTech services through the following activities:

- Promoting AI adoption within the company through AI education and training.

- Improving operational efficiency and creating new value through the planning and execution of AI projects.
