What you’ll do

As the Data Protection Lead (Deputy DPO), you will play a critical role in protecting Notting Hill Genesis’ information assets and ensuring compliance with data protection legislation across the Group. Acting as the Deputy Data Protection Officer, you will be the organisation’s key point of contact for data protection advice, guidance, compliance, and regulatory engagement.

Reporting to the Data Protection Officer (DPO), you will lead the day-to-day operation of NHG’s data protection function, overseeing compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018, UK GDPR, and other relevant privacy legislation. You will also act as NHG’s subject matter expert for Social Housing Tenants Access to Information Requirements (STAIRS), ensuring the organisation remains compliant while promoting transparency and accountability.
