Position Summary

The Data Products Specialist plays a key role in shaping and delivering analytics‑ready data products that accelerate evidence generation and insight delivery. Working under the Data Product Lead, you will collaborate with engineering, governance, and domain teams to define data product specifications, design data pipelines, and ensure product usability and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of curated datasets and data marts used for clinical and operational insights
• Build proficiency in translating user needs into data product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps
• Understand organizational needs and data challenges that drive the need for foundational data products that improve interoperability, reusability, and downstream analysis
