Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Provide practical, business-focused advice on data protection and privacy compliance, including GDPR, UK GDPR, ePrivacy, international data transfers, data governance, and related regulatory frameworks.Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements involving data protection and data-sharing provisions, including DPAs, intra-group agreements, vendor contracts, technology agreements, and data processing terms.Lead on key privacy deliverables, including DPIAs, LIAs, data mapping, DSAR responses, privacy notices, records of processing, and internal privacy policies and procedures.Support the design and implementation of privacy frameworks, data governance programmes, vendor risk processes, and compliance controls, working closely with legal, compliance, product, technology, and business teams.
