Position Overview
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop strong understanding of the benefits of using data feeds to our customers. Outreach to customers who are underutilizing data feeds.Increase data feeds usage and overall knowledge/experience of the customer. Master complexities of the commercial real estate business and competitor behavior to engage in value-added conversations with customers. Recommend different and/or additional features or services for assigned accounts to ensure best value for customer. Meet with customers to review feed quality, onboard new properties, verify accuracy of information being provided. Track detailed activities describing interactions with customers. Use customer service skills to put customers at ease and provide exhaustive and comprehensive troubleshooting of the data feeds process before escalation.
