About The Role

As a Data Office Domain Lead, you will be accountable for driving the adoption of UCB’s global data strategy, governance, and best practices within one or more functional domains. You will ensure data enablement, governance, reuse, and lifecycle management are embedded across projects and digital solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT, and the broader Data Office, you will translate the enterprise data strategy into tangible, domain‑level outcomes that support innovation, analytics, and operational excellence.
