Role Summary
The Quality Director is accountable for the full scope of quality across our client's North American operations, a leading automotive interiors supplier. The role spans quality assurance, quality planning, customer quality, and regional HSE oversight, leading a multi-site quality team and executing the global quality strategy at regional level.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the regional quality strategy, ensuring alignment with general standards and customer-specific requirements. Build and sustain a robust Quality Management System across all sites, establishing consistent controls, procedures, and audit routines.
