Summary:
Maintains accuracy, integrity and completeness of health information.
Responsibilities:

+ Reviews and validates medical records and related documentation per established guidelines.

+ Investigates and resolves discrepancies, researches and corrects inaccurate or incomplete records.

+ Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to assist with problem identification and resolution.

+ Prepares reports, presentations and other documents as instructed.
