The role and responsibilities

This role offers the chance to play a key part in shaping the future of pensions by turning complex evidence into clear insights that guide TPR’s regulatory strategy, policy development and day‑to‑day decisions. You’ll wrangle, analyse and interpret data, helping colleagues understand emerging risks, policy impacts and where to focus attention to protect savers. Working closely with teams across TPR, you’ll produce a range of analytical outputs tailored to different audiences, ensuring evidence is accessible, meaningful and easy to act on.
