Finance | Reports to ERP Program Manager

Overview

We’re looking for a Data Governance Lead to support a major ERP transformation. This role combines strategy and execution—building a data governance framework while leading data migration across multiple systems, including transitions to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and Customer Engagement) .

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and implement data governance standards, policies, and processes
• Lead data migration efforts across ERP, CRM, and financial systems
• Develop data mapping, validation, and cutover plans
• Ensure data quality through profiling, cleansing, and monitoring
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Operations, and external partners
• Act as the central owner of data readiness across all workstreams
