Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Enter, update and maintain data in company systems and databases.
- Organize and manage both digital and physical documents.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all records.
- Maintain document control systems: filing, tracking, and version control.
- Retrieve and distribute documents when required.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments for document submission and approval.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
