Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Enter, update and maintain data in company systems and databases.
  • Organize and manage both digital and physical documents.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all records.
  • Maintain document control systems: filing, tracking, and version control.
  • Retrieve and distribute documents when required.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate with different departments for document submission and approval.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.

Qualifications

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
