We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to support daily administrative and data management tasks. The role involves accurate data input, record keeping, and assisting with general office operations.
- Answer phone calls.
- Enter, update, and maintain data in systems and database
- Verify accuracy of data and correct any errors
- Prepare, sort, and organize documents for data entry
- Maintain proper filing (physical and digital records
- Generate basic reports when required
- Assist with administrative tasks (emails, printing, scanning, etc.)
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
