Position Overview
- Enter, update, and verify data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Review source documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain electronic and physical records in an organized manner.
- Generate basic reports and assist with data analysis when required.
- Perform data validation and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
- Support administrative and documentation-related tasks.
Requirements - High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of data entry/administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
