Responsibilities - Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations
- Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)
- Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling
- Perform cross-connects and patch panel work
- Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues
- Document all work with photos and detailed notes
- Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams
