Position Overview
Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION - Perform hardware installations, configurations, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs in the data center environment for servers, network devices, and storage systems.
- Participate in daily operational support tasks such as racking, stacking, cabling, and component replacements.
- Execute scheduled maintenance, firmware, and hardware upgrades with precision and adherence to strict change control processes.
- Support and respond to tickets for on-site incidents, equipment failures, or system alerts, escalating issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation for inventory, repairs, and infrastructure changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and operations teams to implement and optimize processes.
- Always ensure adherence to physical security and safety practices.
