The Senior Aptitude Project Manager will provide overall regional direction and leadership for the Aptitude program across all phases of the project lifecycle. This position is responsible for providing strategic direction, operational excellence, financial management, team leadership and relationship management with all stakeholders, driving the contracting and business development and comprehensive risk management in order to meet or exceed all contractual and financial targets.
